Ordering
How long before the wedding I should order ?
Dried flowers can last up to 2 years in good keeping conditions. We recommend purchasing 2-3 months before the wedding to ensure the flowers are in top shape for the big day!
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. All items have standard measurements in the description part.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Because everything we do is made to order and handmade, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
How long do dried flowers last ?
Dried Flowers can last up to 2 years in good keeping conditions.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
For Both Domestic and International standard shippings, we use Royal Mail. You also have express option with FedEx and UPS if you are in a hurry!
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
