Shipping policy
DELIVERY
UK orders are delivered in approximately 5-7 working days. If you select express delivery, additional fees may apply to shipment cost.
International orders are delivered in approximately 7 - 10 working days.
You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.
To confirm your delivery costs, please place all items you wish to purchase in your cart and ensure all quantities are correct; then use the P&P calculator at the bottom of the Cart page.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
In case you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@hiddenbotanicsweddings.com.
Delayed Orders
If it’s been more than 10 working days since you received your dispatch confirmation email and your order is still not with you, please check the following before getting in touch:

Did you receive both an order confirmation email and a dispatch confirmation email?

If you have both those emails, check the delivery address is correct on both.

Have you received an email telling you your order has been cancelled? (please check your SPAM folder).
If you have done all that and still believe your order is late, please email support@hiddenbotanicsweddings.com You will receive a response within 24 hours.
